Good afternoon dear friends –
This month we are practicing with the second of the Six Paramitas – Sila or Mindfulness Training. It is most appropriate that tomorrow, at our regular Thursday gathering, three of our Sangha members will formally receive the Five Mindfulness Trainings from Dharma Teacher Joann Rosen. If you have already received the Trainings but would like to renew your commitment, you are very welcome to do so.
Making a commitment to the Five Mindfulness Trainings can be joyful and vulnerable at the same time. This is an opportunity to support our Dharma friends with our loving presence. We would like to invite all who are able, to practice with us.
