Every Sunday from 6:30-8:30
ALL ARE WELCOME
We take refuge in the practice of mindful meditation: sitting, movement, drinking tea, Dharma study and Dharma discussion. With loving speech and deep listening we explore how our practice manifests through our everyday actions of body, speech and mind.
DAYS OF MINDFULNESS
Sundays, March 29 and May 31 2026, 3:30-7:30 PM
Mountain Rain Zendo – 2016 Wall St, Vancouver.
In person and via Zoom. Please RSVP to receive Zoom link.
There will be no regular sangha on Zoom.
Includes formal evening meal – tea provided. Please bring a bag meal.
