Joyfully Together: a Day of Mindfulness with Waves and Water Sangha, Dec 19

“Joy is born from mindfulness”… Thich Nhat Hanh

Sometimes it’s hard to find our inner joy, our place of calm and ease even though we know it is there somewhere.

Joy is available to us when we make ourselves available to it.

It naturally arises in mindful togetherness by letting go into the wonders of this life.

Take a day to pause from the rushing of life, and smile with friends. The preciousness of our life is right before us.
