Please note the registration deadline is October 1, 2026.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Going As A River Sangha in Edmonton warmly invites you to join us for a&nbsp;<strong>hybrid<\/strong>&nbsp;Day of Mindfulness, \u201cPlayfully Together,\u201d with senior Plum Village Dharma Teacher Jo-ann Rosen, True River of Understanding, on Sunday, October 4, from 10:00 a.m.\u20132:00 p.m. MDT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Together, we\u2019ll explore how playful connection can support individual and collective resilience, through sitting and walking meditation, mindful art and movement, Dharma sharing, and Jo-ann\u2019s teaching. The day will be co-facilitated by Lucy Lu, an OI aspirant and expressive arts therapist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jo-ann will offer her Dharma talk and facilitation online.
