We hope you had a nourishing time in August with many opportunities to water your seeds of peace and joy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tomorrow, Sept 6 , from 6:30 to 8:30 pm, we return to our weekly practice on Zoom. The Zoom link and detailed information about our evening can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/wavesandwater.org\/site\/sangha\/sunday\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As it is the first Sunday of the month, we will recite the <a href=\"https:\/\/wavesandwater.org\/site\/practice\/five-mindfulness-trainings\/\"><strong>Five Mindfulness Trainings<\/strong><\/a> and share our reflections.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note these upcoming gatherings :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The Last Sunday of Each Month:<\/strong> Waves and Water Sangha offers an in-person practice at Mountain Rain Zendo, with an option to join via Zoom.\u00a0 <strong>6-8 pm<\/strong> . <a href=\"https:\/\/wavesandwater.org\/site\/sangha\/sunday\/\">Details here.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Save the date :<\/strong> On Saturday, December 19 (10:00 am \u2013 4:00 pm), Dharma Teacher Tracey Pickup will visit from Calgary to lead a Day of Mindfulness at <a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/eAW526R7sFHAK9e2A\">Mountain Rain Zendo<\/a>, 2016 Wall Street, Vancouver. &nbsp;An invitation will follow this month.
