We will begin the month with the Ceremony to Recite the Five Mindfulness Trainings this Thursday. There will be moon cakes!<\/p>\n
We will continue with our exploration of the Four Nutriments as they manifest in our lives. We have spent time with Edible Foods and Sense Impressions. Volition\/ Intention and then Consciousness (individual and collective) will be our next focus. We will continue with Dharma study, discussion, and celebration – all within the container of our sitting, walking and tea meditation.<\/p>\n
