Please let us know if you are planning to attend \u2013 this will support our\u00a0planning process. You will find more information concerning the retreat as well as\u00a0the registration form at : <a href=\"http:\/\/wavesandwater.org\/site\/retreats-2\"> <strong>http:\/\/wavesandwater.org\/site\/retreats-2<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>On Saturday evening, there will be an opportunity for participants to receive or renew the Three Refuges and Five Mindfulness Trainings. You may also receive a\u00a0Dharma name at that time. If you are interested, please contact us at\u00a0wwsangha@gmail.com as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<p>Tomorrow evening, Thursday, we will be reciting the Trainings and Sangha members who have participated in the Ceremony will be sharing their experiences \u2013\u00a0including their decision to receive the Training and the consequences of this on\u00a0their lives and practice. You are warmly invited to attend, especially if you are\u00a0curious about formally receiving the Mindfulness Trainings. We will discuss what it\u00a0means to \u201cstudy, practice, and observe\u201d them.
