In the weeks to follow, we will deepen our connection to the Refuge Chant and notice how it feels in the body to live simply and sanely, with few possessions.  We will continue by looking with curiosity at our daily lives, noticing what it means to take refuge in the Dharma &#8211; particularly the practice of letting go. What happens when we consider our possessions \u2013 material, emotional, ideological, intellectual?
