Please enjoy the resources for practice offered here. As a Sangha, we have practiced with these Sutras, recitations, songs, meditations and other materials on Sunday nights or during Days of Mindfulness and retreats. The teachings are freely given – and they may also be part of a book that may be purchased through Parallax Press or a local source.
