January We will begin the new year with a recitation of the Five Mindfulness Trainings and some discussion of how we overcome obstacles to our practice - including Beginning Anew. Each week we find refuge in the practice of sitting, walking, drinking tea, and the nourishment of Sangha engagement. Throughout the month we will engage in touching the earth and deep relaxation, Sutra Service and explorations of how our practice supports our everyday lives - and how our everyday lives support our practice.
